Returns
We accept returns only in the case of product defects or errors made by Marit Studio. Since each art print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
Product Defects
If your art print arrives with a defect or error, please contact us at Hello@maritstudio.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or error for our records. Once verified, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We will either offer you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Hello@maritstudio.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Since our art prints are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
